The Gingerbread Stall at the Fair



Drawn and etched by Walter Geikie RSA (1795-1837) of Edinburgh, who was deaf and dumb from the age of two. This remarkable artist has left behind a unique collection of affectionate studies of the working folk in and around Edinburgh in the early part of the 19th century.
