Description

The original of this image was a Bromoil Print, hand made by the Italian ‘Pictorialist Photographer’ D. R. Peretti Griva (1882-1962). This beautiful edition was made by the rotogravure process with an attractive, but false platemark, and published in 1949 in ‘Roma, Novanta Vedute Moderne’ by D. R. Peretti Griva, with text by Alfredo Petrucci. The title and the artist’s signature are reproduced in the plate.
